Most AI projects go wrong at the diagnosis, long before the build. Watching how work actually moves through a team, and where it gets stuck, comes first. The tool gets chosen last, and sometimes the answer is that no new tool is needed.
A working system is connected tools, reliable information and people who know how to run it. AI earns its place when it removes a real step or answers a real question with a source attached. Where it does not, it stays out.
The interesting decisions stay human. Systems take the retyping, the chasing and the collating, so the team has more room for the work only people can do. Nothing here is about replacing anyone.
Wibci stands for "wouldn't it be cool if". It is the question most good systems start with, asked by someone close enough to the work to know what would actually help.
