The call is free and comes first. The audit is the paid work that follows, if it makes sense.

Not a security or compliance audit. It looks at how work moves through a team, and where connected tools and better information would help.
What is included
What gets assessed
- One team.
- Up to three related workflows. Related means they share people, tools or handoffs: briefs coming in, getting drafted, approved and reported on, for example.
- Anything wider, or a second team, is scoped separately before work expands.
Time together
- Up to three 30-minute conversations with the people doing the work, including the team lead
- Review of up to five documents or process artefacts, agreed at kickoff
- A 45-minute walkthrough of the findings
- One round of factual corrections, submitted within five business days of the walkthrough

What is needed from you
- Nominate an owner for the audit on your side
- Make up to three people available for 30 minutes each
- Share the agreed material before kickoff
- Answer questions of fact as they come up
Not included
- A working prototype or any production changes
- Integration access or credentials to live systems
- Data cleanup beyond what is needed to read the material
- Additional teams or interviews without a revised scope
- Security or compliance certification
- The implementation itself
Anything on this list can be scoped as its own piece of work, before it starts rather than after.
Timing and price
A$2,000
Fixed fee, invoiced before kickoff.
Ten business days from kickoff is the target, once the interviews are booked and the agreed material is in. Dates are confirmed at booking.
The fee comes off the first build
If the audit recommends a build and you go ahead with it, the A$2,000 comes off the first related implementation. To qualify, accept the build proposal and pay its deposit within 60 days of the walkthrough. The build itself starts on an agreed schedule.
The credit applies once, to that first build only. The proposal shows the arithmetic in full, so nothing is paid for twice and nothing is dressed up as a discount.
If there is nothing worth building
That is a valid result, and the audit says so plainly. It still ends with the written outputs and the walkthrough, and the findings are yours to act on however you like, with or without Wibci.
